Andrea has over thirty years experience in corporate industry with a career spanning strategy, Board development and operations management. During her seven years as the Head of Leadership Dynamics for BT Group, Andrea led company-wide, cultural change programmes and was the chief architect in the creation of the BT Leadership Capability Framework for the evaluation of leadership performance worldwide. Additionally, as part of her ten years as a market strategist in the Communications sector, 4 years were spent as a corporate strategist supporting the BT Chairman, Sir Iain Vallance with the development of BT’s market portfolio.
As an Executive coaching director, Andrea also supports Board members, Senior Executives and high potential individuals with their personal development and business change.
