EU’s Horizon 2020 Industrial 5G Private Network Project

3Cell has been selected to participate in EU’s Horizon 2020 industrial 5G private network project.

The consortium has 12 partner organizations that range from some of the best UK Universities, multinational corporations, start-ups and essential technology companies operating in private network, digital twin and Industry 4.0 domains. Consortium members are spread across 6 different countries. 3Cell will take on the role of project management and coordination to oversee the activities of various partners and be the project’s face to EU bodies. The project’s scope includes using a 5G private network to control AGV (automated guided vehicles) as well as looking at the feasibility of using AI for quality control processes.
