Facts and Dimensions Ltd is an SME business founded in 2012 by Filipe McManus, having worked in Business Intelligence within the health sector, and in the Finance sector since 2001.
During Filipe McManus career, which has taken him from Finance & IT Asst at Ipswich Hospital to Data Quality Manager at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, he had a strong desire to go into business. At several NHS organisations he was tasked to build minor reference databases and realised that this needed to be done properly and for the whole NHS. This led to the beginning of UKHD development in 2008 which was finally ready for release, after 3 years development in 2012.
We work closely with our customers to obtain details from a user’s perspective, which feeds further product development. As such, we have continued to develop these systems for loading publicly available stats and reference data, processing, and hosting on a cloud database for all our customers to access.
Our processes ensure the highest Data Quality so that our customers can confidently use the data in their analyses and projects.
We supply this service to over half of the NHS, as well as many other organisations.
