Kick-start your January with our product marketing and customer research courses, led by Collette Johnson, a world-leading product marketeer with more than 20 years’ experience in the field.
Moving on to February, we have a half-day training course focused on developing a sustainable supply chain and becoming a sustainable supplier, brought to you in collaboration with Planet Mark, specialists in sustainability certification and achieving net zero.
January Marketing Courses, taking place at The Bradfield Centre, Cambridge Science Park:
30.01.24: ‘Product Marketing Essentials’ - This course will take a product-led approach through lectures, case studies and hands-on group work. We will take you through methodologies to help you understand your customer with persona and jobs-to-be-done frameworks, we’ll look at developing your positioning and messaging and how to develop this over your product lifecycle, and, lastly, we’ll briefly look at your go-to market and product launch.
31.01.24: 'Customer Research Fundamentals' - Customer research is key to product success, yet it’s an area that’s new for even the most experienced person. This course will take you through the different research options and how to approach them. It will also provide you with frameworks and templates to take home and utilise for your business.

February Sustainability Course, taking place at the Marks & Clerk offices on Mill Road, Cambridge:
14.02.24: ‘Developing a Sustainable Supply Chain & Becoming a Sustainable Supplier' - This 3-hour afternoon workshop is a must for all businesses seeking to become more sustainable. The workshop will be delivered through a combination of presentations, case study analysis and roundtable discussion. All attendees will receive an information pack and toolkit of useful links and resources to take home.
