Innovation Martlesham was delighted that Ved Sen, Digital Evangelist & Business Innovation Lead, TCS UK was able to give a very insightful presentation as part of our IM Breakfast Webinar Series.

Destructive creation is the hypothesis which refers to the current state of post-crisis patterns of investment into innovation, and while scaling innovation has always been a challenge Ved spoke about how these challenges manifest in this current climate.

PERSONAL PROFILE – Ved

Ved works as the Digital Evangelist & Business Innovation Lead for TCS UK. His primary focus is to help drive future thinking conversations with clients in solving tomorrow's problems He has been working with and advising senior clients across retail, insurance, education, healthcare, and other businesses. He also runs an innovation team in London. Currently his work spans areas such as reinventing care for the elderly, connected homes and environments, the Internet of Things, and AI, Wellness and Technology, and Blockchain applications. Over the past 20+ years, Ved has been working on emerging technologies, and their adoption into organisations. Ved is passionate about the impact of technology on business, culture, and society. He enjoys speaking and writing about technology and the future. In 2017, Ved published his first book - "Doing Digital - Connect, Quantify, Optimise" - which is aimed at explaining ‘Digital’ to non-technical business people. Ved writes a weekly innovation newsletter, and is a regular speaker at industry forums. In 2020 Ved was a guest lecturer at the HSE Ireland Masters in Digital Healthcare Programme in Dublin.”
