We have been independently assessed and recognised by the British Standards Institute for implementing an effective quality management system across all areas of our business, and our operations are in line with International Standards for Quality Management ISO 9001:2015
These past few years, we have invested considerable time and effort in reviewing our fundamental operations; what we are doing, why we do it, how we do it and more importantly, how we can improve with a strong focus on quality. To help us along with this we looked for the local ISO expert, and luckily for us, they were in the neighbouring office!
One of the Innovation Martlesham Mentors, Andy Mills who specialises in ISO standards auditing and management systems, took Maly through an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, audit, and initial assessment. With Andy’s help we have developed and implemented our quality management system to improve the overall performance, maintain a high-level of quality and strong customer service and to provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives. Our decision to work towards ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates the commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent service to our clients and our ongoing investment in technology and development.
It was extremely helpful being part of innovation Martlesham, as we could utilise the contacts collected and the experience of other members to find the best help. The certification we’ve achieved provides our clients with independent assurance that our commitment to quality permeates everything we do. The ISO 9001 certification is the assurance that we have robust, clearly defined procedures in place in all our business areas.
Therefore, we can proudly and safely state that Maly is built with quality and transparency in mind. This Quality has been demonstrated by the Maly Quality Management System receiving no non-conformances from the BSI inspection, thanks in no small part to the valuable assistance of the specialist we sourced within Innovation Martlesham.
