The EpiCentre, Haverhill Research Park, part of the Cambridge Compass Enterprise Zone, is a 30,000 square foot, four-storey business innovation centre located directly adjacent to the ‘Spirit of Enterprise’ roundabout on the A1307, in a high-profile gateway position at the entrance to Haverhill. Opened on 2nd November 2020, this purpose-built facility has 53 office suites and 2 shared laboratories (and soon to come on line x5 dedicated laboratories) and has been designed to provide support for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and grow-on companies, with offices/labs and custom-built workspaces ranging from 172 to 753 sq. ft. The EpiCentre has already attracted a number of start-up and scale-up life science businesses.
