Suffolk business design consultancy Rokker, a member of Innovation Martlesham, have announced today, that following a year of exponential growth and success, Jim Marshall has been promoted to Director of Consulting.

Since joining Rokker as a full time Strategy Consultant in 2020, Jim (pictured below) has been instrumental in building Rokker’s highly respected People Consultancy Practice. Rokkers’ portfolio now includes the provision of full talent strategy solutions, organisational design and optmisation services to international technology and entertainment businesses like Schneider Electric and BT.
Jim’s experience as a business founder in the people space, has also been of immense value in the founding of new subsidiary RokkerX (People Powered Managed Services). Rokker is now a multinational team of over 50, with 2024 revenues projected to be an amazing 500% YoY increase over 2023.
